Sharon Parisi

Representing buyers and sellers, Sharon Parisi has a reputation as a Realtor who goes the extra mile to address the specific needs of her clients.  She recognizes that every transaction is unique and is dedicated to helping clients make educated decisions.  As a trained mediator and negotiator, her goal is to make the process of buying or selling as smooth as possible.

Born into a real estate family, Sharon is knowledgeable in all aspects of real estate, including negotiation and pricing, as well as architectural style and the infrastructure of neighborhoods.  Her interior design background is an extra bonus to clients, enabling buyers to visualize a home’s potential and assisting sellers to stage their home prior to listing.

For more than thirty years, Sharon has lived and worked in Dallas, experiencing the city’s growth and change. As a Preservation Dallas Historic House Specialist, she offers clients valuable insight into the changing neighborhoods and helps them connect with areas that meet their specific criteria.

In addition to earning her Masters Degree from Southern Methodist University, Sharon has a Certificate in Advanced Graduate Studies in Dispute Resolution from SMU and studied mediation at Harvard Law School.  She is classified as a TMCA Credentialed Distinguished Mediator, the highest rating for mediators.  Her volunteer activities encompass a wide variety of community and business organizations, and she is a talented artist and accomplished cook.

Sharon’s focus is Dallas, Park Cities, Preston Hollow, North Dallas, East Dallas, Addison, Richardson, and West Plano.
